Social Purpose, Aims & Objectives

Our social purpose is set out within our organisational aims and objectives, which are:

  • Provide the highest quality support services to clinical trials patients/subjects available to private, commercial and NHS clients.

  • Promote positive health and general wellbeing, with a focus on public health outcomes, mental health and wellbeing, safe and effective clinical trials and healthy ageing.

  • Increase access to appropriate information for the promotion of a healthy lifestyle and for general wellbeing, including positive mental health. Through proactive networking, to signpost patients/subjects to evidence-based sources of best practice and advice.

  • Ensure that all our mobile clinician Associates have the right skills and training to carry out their duties competently. Our aim is to incorporate our 6 core values (care, compassion, competence, communication, courage and commitment) across all aspects of our work – from office support through to implementation of study protocols with patients/clients.

It is our mission to recruit mobile clinician Associates to support patients/subjects within their own local communities, as well as contributing towards the local health agenda through involvement with local NHS clinical research networks and professional groups, and focus on championing equality, particularly with marginalised communities.

Our recruitment strategy is based around hiring a local mobile clinician Associates, and providing a flexible range of opportunities to support into the field those with a genuine interest in clinical trials and healthcare related research, but who may have little or no previous experience.
